Whitby Yacht Club is a great place to join, take part in our organised events, enjoy the social scene and share your experiences with other boaters.
Power Boat members use their boats for a variety of reasons; fishing, diving, water-skiing, cruising or simply pleasure. There are also opportunities to assist the sailing fleet by providing safety vessels, recording events, and marshalling.
Our powerboat crews have a wide range of expertise, which you can learn from, contribute to and share with. Within the club there is always a common bond of sharing knowledge and offering help.
The club makes use of its own workboat for various events over the year. The boat is available for members to use, after completing an induction session. For information about the use of the workboat please contact The Club Bosun
